hile working at Bitton Design, Kate Donnell Cook was tasked with designing this fun shaved ice shop in Thousands Oaks, CA. She was able to hand-sketch a fun concept that the owners loved and immediately approved. This restaurant opened in 2006 and would be open for 12 years with the same “cool” design.
